Gentlewoman Who? This (Not-So) Passive (But Very) Aggressive Tote Bag is the Pinoy Way to Go

You might’ve been seeing your friends and everyone else on your news feed wearing those cute white bags that say “Gentle Woman” on them. Those bags are from Thai brand GENTLEWOMAN, which are known for their bags with bold and loud brand serif typeface. Local brand Oxymoron has put its own Pinoy twist on the popular tote bags, and we can’t wait to get our hands on them.
Anong Gentle Gentle?
Aptly named “Taguro” tote bag, Oxymoron put the infamous line “Anong gentle gentle?” into a tote bag.
Why is it called the Taguro tote? In case you didn’t know, the line “Anong gentle gentle” is from the Tagalog dubbed version of Ghost Fighter (a.k.a. Gost Payter), where Taguro says the line to Eugene. Recently, it has risen to meme status, usually used when you’re so stressed and you just don’t want to baby people anymore. So anong gentle gentle nga naman?
How much is the Taguro tote bag?
The Taguro tote bag is only PHP 600 — much more affordable compared to the OG Gentlewoman bags (which cost around 18 USD)!
The Taguro tote is available in beige and off-white colors, as well as black soon. The tote is also pretty big, and you can fit in a big 20” laptop with space for your phone, wallet, makeup kit, and everything else.
