ICYMI, Boracay is open to tourists again. On October 1, the world-famous beach reopened to the public as an effort to boost the country’s economy. Among its first guests was Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque, who recorded a video of him in his “happy place”, encouraging Pinoys to visit the island.
Of course, Pinoy netizens wouldn’t let something this meme-worthy pass. Looks like Harry Roque isn’t only traveling to Boracay with these edits:
