Set in a world where infectious diseases are the new norm, a newly built apartment has been built, where the higher floors are sold to rich residents while the lower floors are rented out. Sae-bom, along with her long-time friend and fellow police officer Jung Yi-hyun and health service command lieutenant colonel Han Tae-seok, attempts to find a cure to the outbreak, all while trying to survive the psychological battle and class discrimination between the residents.
