College is an exciting stage in life where you will get to learn new things and meet new people. But keep in mind that the next four years of your life will be spent in the halls of whichever university you choose.  Other than the reputation of the university, you should also consider if your pockets can foot the bill of that four-year stay. With CHEd approving the tuition hike this 2017, you need to be more prepared for that future you want to reach!

Here’s what you need to know about the annual tuition fees of some of the universities in the country.

 

University of the Philippines

Via Hive Miner

School Starts:                  August 2017
Semester per year:         2
Undergraduate Fee:      Php 33,800.00 (varies depending on subjects and course)
Graduate Fee:                 Php 7,493.00

Ateneo de Manila University

School Starts:                  August 2017
Semester per year:         2
Undergraduate Fee:      Php 109,423.50 (varies depending on subjects and course)
Graduate Fee:                 Php 47,102.35

If you need help for the fees, you can always enroll in their scholarship programs.

Via The Lasallian

School Starts:                  September 2017
Semester per year:         3
Undergraduate Fee:      Php 70,000 – 150,000 (varies depending on subjects and course)
Graduate Fee:                 Php 40,000 – Php 100,000
Senior High:                    150,000 per year

University of Santo Tomas

Undergraduate Fee:      Php 43,000 – 63000 (varies depending on subjects and course)
Graduate Fee:                 Php 45,000 – 69,000
Senior High:                   Php 50,000 – 51,000

UST also has scholarships for students needing financial aid.

 

Mapua University

Undergraduate Fee:      Php 130,000 – 150,000 (varies depending on subjects and course)
Graduate Fee:                 Php 30,000 – 69,000
