PSA: A New Studio Ghibli x Uniqlo Collab Is Coming and We’re OBSESSED

This is not a drill: everybody’s go-to apparel brand Uniqlo is launching a new collaboration with Studio Ghibli, and we want EVERYTHING. Our wallets might not be quite ready, but we’ve got time to prepare: the collection drops in late August.

This isn’t Studio Ghibli’s first collab with Uniqlo — they had a collab last year themed “My Style, My Ghibli”, but it was only available to four markets: Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia.

This year’s collection, themed “Hey, Let’s Go!”, will only be available in Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, and Indonesia. A stunning tribute to iconic Ghibli works, the collection was brought to life by the artistic genius of Thai artist Kanyada and Studio Ghibli producer Toshio Suzuki.
