Star City caught fire (as well as the LRT-2; WTH really), and this is the first year Pinoys are spending without this fixture in our Christmases. We’re still mourning our childhood memories, but that won’t stop the Internet from being its usual weird self.
A literal jailbird
This poor bird got arrested because his owner was caught shoplifting . . . Why must pets suffer for their owners’ mistakes?
Animal love going overboard
This woman just felt like she had to get up close and personal with the lions at the zoo. And the whole Internet is just questioning her sanity. According to People, the police is still investigating the incident, but honestly, this lady and the lion could’ve died. SMH @ people and their histrionics.
A celebration of Nigelness
Nigel is a name sometimes used to pertain to a friendless person. People even say it’s a joke name, and that doesn’t make the name very appealing. Well, this Nigel wants to correct that, so he invited over 400 Nigels all around the world to celebrate their Nigelness (while also raising money for the British Heart Foundation!). The things people can do for what they believe in are really amazing.
A fowl play
When a colleague asked if a call had been received about a goose flying into a taxi over the radio, we had to see it to believe it. Goose was taken to the vets & unfortunately the taxi had to repair the damage. We think he may be trying to find his way to #goosefair #randomjob pic.twitter.com/9eWCsjncZH

It’s a literal wild goose chase for these police officers who got called in for a goose flying into a car. The goose was so powerful the poor taxi driver had to deal with his broken window.
An am-bush-ed couple
Sister got engaged this weekend and I dressed as a bush in the wilderness to watch/capture the moment. We are 1 yr apart.. why are our lives so different rofl pic.twitter.com/cE14RBZ9CL

This lady would do anything for her sister—even dress up as a bush (yes, those clumps of leaves in the park) to film her sister getting engaged to the love of her life. #SisterGoalz!
But also, we can just imagine this lady bush shouting “I’m a bush!” a la Groot, and it’s got us in stitches!
Farted his way out of jail
Apparently, if you fart at your police officer, you can get out of jail time, just like this guy. He just ended up with 75 hours of community service. Can’t believe he literally asked the person who arrested him, “How do you like that?” The nerve—but where to get that kind of nerve?
With the moose breeding season beginning to ramp up, bulls are on the move looking for mates. In his travels, this young bull accidentally found his way into a swimming pool in Bedford last night. NHF&G Wildlife Biologists, with assistance from local Conservation Officers, were able to help remove the moose from the pool. The moose was unable to get himself out after several hours as the pool had no stairs. By putting a set of wooden steps in the pool and coaxing the moose towards them, he was able to find his way out and back in to the woods.

This moose got stuck in a pool, and though the pool looks quite refreshing, he’s not a-moose-d. Government officers assume the animal got stuck while looking for a mate, as it’s moose mating season. They had to put an actual set of stairs just so the moose could climb out of the pool and run off to the unknown—presumably to go and finally mate.
Just wanted to go on her field trip
This girl was so excited for her field trip, but she had to go home because the bus looks haunted. I mean, aren’t you creeped out just looking at those photos? 1 like = 1 prayer!!!
