All of the recent news has been just depressing, and it’s so hard to find anything remotely happy when you listen to the news, but let’s find some solace in the little things.
The selfie that broke the internet
Jennifer Aniston finally got her own Instagram account, and her first order of business? Breaking the Internet with this iconic Friends reunion photo. The page literally crashed because everyone’s just screaming, but we understand.
A new Cat Woman
There was a lot of doubts over the casting of Robert Pattinson as the new Batman, but the Internet collectively agreed that yes, Zoe Kravitz is perfect as Selina Kyle, a.k.a. Cat Woman. This seems like fate especially since Kravitz already played the role in The Lego Batman Movie before.
And director Matt Reeves confirmed the news in the cutest way possible:

And a new Fairy Godmother
I know we just had a Cinderella live action film in 2015, but we’re all excited for this star-studded musical. Especially when our fairy godmother is Billy Porter! Our wish has been granted, thanks.
Aaand a new Harry Styles song
It’s been years (just two, but still!) since we’ve last had new music from Harry, and we have finally been fed. There’s a lot of speculation surrounding the song—from the significance of the release date to the music video itself—but we’ll leave it up to you to make of it what you will.
Jollibee Buko Pie is now a thing
Jollibee always comes through to satisfy our cravings. Even if we didn’t know we’ve been craving this. BLESS.

This girl lost her job. All for the clout, I guess?
Dao Ming Siiiiiiiiiiiiiii!!!
Akala mo commuter na naghahabol ng bus? No, it’s just Shan Cai running after the bus Dao Ming Si was on.
And a lot of people even remembered that iconic from Meteor Garden so clearly that they knew that detail of the oranges falling (also reminiscent of that anti-piracy ad with kamatis).
🏃♀️Dao Ming Siiiiiii!
