The Spanish has the biggest impact on our culture. Of course, 300 years under Spanish rule will do that to you. One of their best influences? Food, of course!

Maybe they remind you of your lola’s cooking, but we love digging into Spanish cuisine from time to time. They’re also good when mixed with other cuisines like Mediterranean, Italian and of course, Filipino food!

Toni and Sergio is a restaurant where Italy meets Spain—they serve pizzas, pastas, along with risotto and paellas. Their must-tries include carne paella, six cheese pizza, and vongole pasta which are all perfect for sharing! Located at Venice Grand Canal in McKinley Hill, it has a posh setting that will give you a European vibe.

Upon entering Café Enye, you’ll be welcomed by its refreshing interiors that are very Instagram-worthy. Have a taste of their lechon carbonara, churros with dulce de leche cream and Burgerizzo. They also serve wine and cocktails; try Ñ, their specialty blend. The place is open from 7 a.m. to 1 am., making it a perfect spot not only for work lunches and after-work grub but for both night shifters and morning people.
