The news of YouTube superstar and influencer Lloyd Café Cadena’s passing came as a shock for everyone. On Friday afternoon, Sept.4, his official Facebook page confirmed it through an announcement from his family — one that was soon flooded with people expressing their condolences and mourning. Lloyd, or Kween LC as his fans endearingly call him, was 26 years old.
Kween LC might have left this world, but we’re thankful we have his vlogs to watch to remind us of how, more than making people laugh, he helped others in every way he could. From his Toblerone stairs to all his heartwarming videos of him giving back, here are 8 of Kween LC’s best moments.
When he gave tablets and face masks to children in need
Online classes are a pain especially for the marginalized. Lloyd knows the struggles of these children and he didn’t need any prompting – he wanted to give back and in doing so has made the kids and all his subscribers happy.
His great relationship with his mom
We all know Kween LC is a sweet person because he was raised well and this video shows where he got his character from. The prank didn’t even last long because his mom admitted that she sensed it was for vlog content since Lloyd usually doesn’t ignore her. It just shows how much he loves his mom!
When he bought those kids literally everything they want
Who can forget the joy in the eyes of those kids when Lloyd chose them? He let them buy everything to their heart’s content even saying that it would help their parents immensely. And afterward, when Lloyd made them all line up and gave them money, it felt like Christmas in the middle of November. He gave back and we remember him for it.
