Ayala Triangle’s Festival of Lights goes virtual
It’s not Christmas season without the Festival of Lights in Ayala Triangle Gardens. For the past 11 years, the mesmerizing light and sounds show has become a favorite among families, and though we can’t be physically there this year (for obvious reasons), Ayala Land Inc. and Make It Makati have brought the experience right to our home. In partnership with Coke Studio, this year’s Festival of Lights can be explored through a 360-degree video, which features amazing graphics timed to a Christmas medley from Reese Lansangan. It’s so well-done that we won’t blame you if you get a little choked up watching it!

After suspending their Passenger services earlier this year, Angkas has been only available for their delivery services, Pabili and Padala. But the long wait is finally over as the country’s number one motorcycle taxi platform is out on the streets again. Angkas has finally received a nod from the Motorcycle Taxi Technical Working Group (TWG) to resume its passenger services until December 9. Though the permit only covers Metro Manila, employees going to work can now travel more safely. Their riders are regularly PCR-tested and they’ve also introduced cashless payment options.
JoyRide is back on the streets too
Looking for motorcycle taxi options? JoyRide has also received a nod from the TWG to resume its operations until December 9. The app is available on iOS and Android.

Among the first to receive these shots are front line health workers. According to Pfizer and Biontech’s study on the COVID-19 Vaccine Candidate, BNT162b2 has been found to be 95% effective against COVID-19.
