Today, Vice President Leni Robredo spent her last day in office. Tomorrow, June 30, Vice President-elect Sara Duterte-Carpio will officially start her term. But while it’s still June 29, VP Leni’s supporters are flooding social media with appreciation posts thanking the VP for the past six years. Even as she steps down from her post, VP Leni’s office even received good news to cap her term as one of the greatest vice presidents the Philippines ever had.

This means the OVP’s financial reports are all accounted for and in order. VP Leni herself proudly shared the news to Filipinos on the afternoon of her last day in office. It was indeed a fitting exclamation point to the end of an era.
