Voter’s Registr8tion: Where to Go this July 2015

The Comelec (Commission on Elections) is exercising a strict “No Bio No Boto” rule for the 2016 elections, which means that even if you’ve registered to vote but haven’t gotten your biometrics taken, you will not be allowed to vote come 2016. For those of you living in Manila, here’s a rundown of where to go to exercise your right to vote for the country’s next leaders:
